Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Bellevue Chimney Pros. These terms apply to this website and to bookings made through it. They do not replace the written quote and contract you receive for the work itself, which governs the job.

Prices shown on this site

The prices published on this website are what we charge in our service area, shown as ranges or starting prices. They are not a quote, and they are not an offer capable of acceptance.

Your price is set after an on-site inspection and given to you in writing before any work begins. The inspection is $99 plus tax, credited toward the quote if you approve it.

Prices shown are for the current year and may change without notice. If a published price is wrong because of a clear error, we will tell you before you commit to anything.

Booking an appointment

• Booking online reserves a real slot on our crew's calendar.
• You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation, by phone, or by email.
• If nobody is home when the crew arrives, or access to the chimney is not possible, we may have to rebook the visit.

Photographs of the work

We photograph every job before and after, and give you those photographs. We may also publish photographs of completed work on this website, identified only by service and town — never with your name, your address, or the amount you were invoiced. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Service area

We work in Bellevue, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Medina, Clyde Hill, in King County, Washington. If a booking is made for an address outside that area, we will contact you to cancel or redirect it.

Guides and price information on this site are general information for Eastside homeowners. They describe typical situations. They are not a diagnosis of your chimney, and no article replaces an inspection.

The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to us. You may quote or link to them with attribution; you may not republish them wholesale.

Availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site and the booking calendar available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that either is free of interruption or error. If a booking fails for a technical reason, call us and we will place it manually.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Nothing on this website reduces the rights you have under Washington law.
